The Roux House is a charming home updated to perfection with a New Orleans vibe that you will notice the minute you walk in the door. Spacious home perfect for groups of any size & ideal for intimate business trips & meetings. The home is a mile from downtown & located directly on the trolley line which will bring you to Downtown & the highly desired Bishop Arts District. There you will find an abundance of shopping & dining. 5 spacious bedrooms will comfortably sleep 17 guests. The Roux House has a large dining room with a table that can easily seat 12 or more. Lovely bar area off of the living room which opens up to a great outdoor deck patio perfect for gatherings. There is an additional nightly guest fee for over 4 people to cover the added cost of utilities, linens, essentials, supplies, cleaning costs etc. Amenities include cable TV, internet, a completely stocked kitchen and many other luxuries and comforts of home.
