This architecturally designed 4-bedroom home with luxury furnishings and finishes is located in one of the Eastern Suburbs' most sought after locations. This home has been thoughtfully created with space in mind. Your needs come first by way of high ceilings and large windows letting in plenty of natural light.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and it's not your average house. The bathrooms are marble including the ensuite, which you'll find yourself lost for words at how beautiful it all looks with its double shower area and deep soaking bath. The Master bedroom which has an extensive closet and powder-room, itself seems like something straight out of Architectural Digest magazine; the rooms large size has an extensive window overlooking the pool and entertaining area below which also provides ample light or if you want a darker ambience just flip the motorized block-out blinds down.
The lower level of the three-level home is affectionately called the ‘basement’. It has art-deco lounge chairs and ample space for hanging out with the fam or relaxation after that workout from the home gym. It’s a double sized lounge-room with premium carpet and fully functional air-conditioning and heating.
