Huge porch with swings, pingpong table, foosball table, wine fridge, dart board, cedar bar in kitchen, country setting, go for a walk on this 8 acres all youd like, spring fed creek is the beginning of the Spavinaw river.. 15 min to bike trails in Bella Vista, 5 min to town of Centerton. Swimming pool is seasonal, closed atm. some upstairs remodel going on, but not when your here, also rear deck under construction, also not when your here..the farm here is an old trout farm, currently closed.

Setting on 8 acres, lots of room to walkl, ride bikes down country road, newly remodeled inside, very unique place. Great place to host your weddings and also theres deer hunting avail upon request.
