Historic stone building (which was used as a granary store and still has some of the features) now extended and fully modernised. The property is set in the middle of the South Hams in beautiful south Devon. Its located in the heart of the historic town Totnes with stunning views and within easy driving distance of Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Salcombe and some of the best beaches and coastline in the South West of England.
Visitors have access to all areas of the house and garden.
The house includes: broadband, TV and DVD, microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, iron/ironing board, bath/shower, outdoor deck and outdoor furniture.
The house is perfect for a family getaway as it is fully equipped with toys and games to keep the little ones entertained. It also includes a travel cot and high chair. Totnes has lots of activities for children, we have listed our favourites in the welcome book which is available at the property.
