Sun lovers can bask on plush faux leather sofas in the sunroom, while others can enjoy the game room with a pool table. Note: Garage and basement are not part of the stay and guests are restricted to access these areas.

HOUSE RULES:
1. "There is no place like home." That is our rule, treat the house like your home and take care of the place. Suck the life out of every day. Enjoy yourself, you are on vacation!
2. NO SMOKING inside the house.
3. PETS are not welcome. Owner is Allergic.
4. Garbage: You are responsible for returning the property in the same clean condition as received at time of check-in. Before check-out, guest/guests are required to remove all bags of garbage from the premises, clean or put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, put all towels in a pile in the laundry room, and put all indoor and outdoor furniture back in their original places. Failure to do so may result in higher-than-normal cleaning fees which guest/guests will be responsible for. As the guest/guests you are responsible for taking all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in an extra fee of $100 per bag.
5. Parking: Long driveway with ample parking! Please keep driveway clear for snow removal in winters !
6. Towels and linens: Please strip soiled linens and leave with towels.
7. Kitchen: Please wash all your dishes and allow drying time. Please leave the dishwasher open upon departure
8. Thermostat: The property is controlled by a Nest thermostat. Located in the Kitchen area on the main floor, please turn it to off when leaving - Save the environment !
9. Shoes: Everyone likes a clean space. Please take your shoes off at the door, strictly no shoes permitted in the living area and areas with carpets. Would be charged a higher cleaning fee if stains are to be found on the carpets.
10. Keep the laundry door open when dryer in use, gets humid real quick.
11. Please don’t sit/ stand on the pool table as any damages would be a direct charge to the guest.
12. The property has a hot tub at the back which is not operational, please don’t use it.
13. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED, no noise after 9:00 PM, the property has decibel meters, if the noise exceeds a certain level, the guests would be charged additional fees.
14. Please keep windows and doors locked all times. When leaving the property, please block the blinds.
15. The keys should be returned to the lockbox and it should be made sure that the lockbox is locked properly.

Toilet Usage Policy
No Disposal: Do not throw tissues, wipes, sanitary products, or any items other than provided toilet paper into the toilet.
Clogs and Leaks: Report any clogs or water leaks immediately.
Damage Fee: A $500 fee will be charged if a clog or leak is caused by improper disposal of items on top of the repair bill.
