This historic 1948 home is in the prestigious neighborhood of Flamingo Park and hidden among luscious landscaping in a peaceful, family-oriented street. The epitome of an artistic style layout, the main house has two beautifully appointed bedrooms with two full baths. In addition, a perfectly cozy Casita bedroom with an en-suite bath and access to the pool deck awaits. Enjoy beautiful landscaping with a salt water pool reminiscent of old Hollywood of the 1930s. Recently upgraded with hurricane impact windows and doors and updated bathrooms.
THE MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 4)
ENTRY ROOM
The country-style entrance is warm and inviting. You are immediately captured by the large standing mirror and royal blue reading chair. A mix of antique meets modern Farmhouse. The open shelves are full of books and decorative pieces.
LIVING ROOM
Step into the old-school Palm Beach coastal decorated space, which is beautifully lit up with new high hat lighting and a mix of antique meets modern. A large grey sofa, 2 swivel upholstered armchairs, modern wood armchairs, and brown suede ottomans surround a modern gold framed glass coffee table. Such a wonderful open social space to read an interesting coffee book, play a game or do a puzzle, watch the ROKU Smart HDTV, or just relax with family and friends. Ample light pours in from the 3 large windows with motorized room-darkening shades.
DINING AREA
The dining area is picturesque. An industrial wood dining table, 4 Farmhouse chairs, and 2 highbacked upholstered accent side chairs, surrounded by rich navy walls. Towering above is an eye-catching gold chandelier. The dining room sits off the living room and the kitchen for easy service. The French doors open to the outdoor covered patio and pool deck, where there is an additional outdoor rattan dining set for 6.
KITCHEN
A cook's dream! The kitchen has everything you need to create that "MasterChef" meal. There is a Viking gas range stove and electric oven, a Kitchenaid blender, a microwave, a toaster, and a GE cabinet-encased refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker. Enjoy the beautiful luxury granite tops for food preparation. There is a Keurig, Nespresso machine, and coffee grinder. Dinner service inside and outside for 8 guests.
THE BEDROOMS (MAIN HOUSE)
Bedroom 1:
This elegant bedroom has a king-sized designer wood platform bed, teal-painted end tables, touch-control lamps, a private work desk, and French doors which lead out to the magnificent pool. There is a custom-built walk-in closet, Restoration Hardware gold curtain rods and drapes, and a ROKU Smart HDTV above the desk. The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their streaming apps. Enjoy the convenient en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The best feature is waking up to the gorgeous views of the pool.
Bedroom 2:
This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an upholstered headboard, new end tables with touch control lamps, two side chairs, an impressive large black round mirror, and serene hues of sage, creams, and whites. There is a Samsung smart HDTV, the TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their streaming apps. Plenty of closet space and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
THE CASITA (Sleeps 2)
The private suite is perfect for a couple looking for seclusion from the main house. The room has a queen bed and a unique wooden headboard with farmhouse-style wood end tables and large antique lamps. Beach-themed framed prints surround the walls. Two armchairs and a gorgeous glass console table can also be used as a workspace. There is a closet with a dresser for clothing space and a Samsung HDTV with ROKU. The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their streaming apps. This room has direct access to the patio and pool deck.
PRIVATE CASITA PATIO
Between the kitchen and the Casita sits a private covered patio with a brand-new hot tub that seats 4, a small seating lounge area, and a rattan bar counter with bar stools. The area is lit up with string lights and lined with tropical palms and landscaping.
THE OUTDOORS
Truly an oasis! The saltwater pool is breathtaking, especially at night with the color-changing pool lights and string lights that illuminate the outdoor patio. There are loungers and an umbrella poolside. A covered patio with a large rattan and wood outdoor dining set for 8, a new 5 burner propane gas grill, and the area is fully covered. You will love the lush landscaping around the pool area. Take the secret pebbled path to a romantic hidden spot with a hanging rattan egg chair.
THE POOL
The temperature of the pool is powered by solar, the pool temperature depends on the weather and may not heat the pool higher than in the 80's during summer and 70's in the winter time. We are unable to manually increase or decrease the temperature of the pool.
EXTRAS
We have beach chairs, towels, a cooler, an umbrella, a beach tent, and a beach mat for guests to enjoy! There is a surfboard and 2 smaller kid's boards. We also provide cleaning items, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners.
PARKING
There is parking for two cars in the driveway and there is also street parking available.
LAUNDRY AREA & SUPPLIES
The laundry room is in the entrance to the Casita in own space. There is a new large capacity washer and dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. Pool towels and beach supplies are located here.

Pets are not permitted unfortunately.
