The Lucky Tangerine is a beautiful, architecturally designed modern home one block from the beach. Everything is clean and crisp! Linens are included for an even easier decision to get away and stay with us. Walking to the beach along the path is a breeze.
This house is the newest family addition to our other properties in Broadkill: "The Blue Pearl" (VRBO # 1163084) and "Beach Plum" (VRBO 1711493). Beach Plum is an easy walk from this house and right on the beach. 250 steps from our driveway to the sand. If you were looking to vacation with other family or friends, but wanted separate accommodations, The Lucky Tangerine and Beach Plum would work well! Everyone loves their own space :)
There is ample parking on the concrete parking pad and a spacious lot between adjacent properties. Play basketball (outdoor hoop and ball available) for some morning fun. Rinse off outside with the outdoor shower or inside on the lower level, just as you enter the home. There is an indoor mini-shower, perfect for additional rinsing of your feet before heading upstairs. Ascend the stairs to the main living area or take the elevator (restricted use, fee, available on request). The 2nd floor living area welcomes you with an expansive, gourmet kitchen and open living and dining areas. The kitchen has beautiful white quartz countertops for plenty of prep space and casual dining. Loads of storage with a separate pantry and too many cabinets and drawers! Kitchen features a 5-burner gas range (hard to find in Broadkill), microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Keurig Duo coffee maker for that single cup (bring your own K-cups) or brew a whole carafe (8-12 cup; ground coffee). 4 slice Cuisinant toaster.
Dining options: outdoors in the adjacent screened in porch; using the countertops and barstools; new dining room table centrally located. New Charbroil gas grill outside, easily accessible by the porch.
The main living area also has a comfortable Lazyboy curved sectional with reclining functions. The single large (80”, smart) television is mounted in the living room. There is a half bath on this level.
Take the stairs to the third floor for the two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a small view of the bay and there is an en suite bathroom. There is a large tiled shower, double sink vanity, toilet, and full size washer and dryer. Queen bed and ceiling fan. Linens are included! Separate thermostat for this level in the master bedroom for extra comfort.
The second bedroom is also on this floor and there is a queen bed. The bathroom in the hall is a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub.
Screened windows throughout the home open and close easily. You get a beautiful, refreshing cross breeze on the main level. Window treatments in the master bedroom and throughout the home offer privacy and shade as needed.
High-speed internet included.
We provide laundry detergent, trash bags, smaller trash bags , a clean sponge, dishwasher detergent, kitchen dish soap and hand soap for all bathrooms (2.5). One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels are provided. Linens included: kitchen towels, hand towels for each bathroom, wash cloths, and bath towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels and beach gear.
