Nestled in the dunes of Brewster this idyllic and unique property is perfect for the quintessential Cape Cod Beach Vacation!
The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated and painted. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus an enclosed outdoor shower.
There is also a covered porch overlooking the water for extra living space. A great spot for eating a meal while looking out onto the bay!
The indoor living space is inviting, but the outdoor space is what you'll enjoy most of all. The home is part of a private community with a 450 foot Private Beach! Plenty of room to spread out, even in the busiest summer weeks. The view from the property is mesmerizing as you gaze out on tidal Cape Cod Bay. Be sure to show up for sunset, it happens every night right over the bay.
Amenities include: wireless internet, central A/C, gas grill, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with cable and some of the best views on Cape Cod Bay.
The location is extremely convenient. You can walk or bike up to Route 6A in short order and find a book store, liquor store, pizza, ice cream, bakery, and sushi, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention several restaurants ranging from casual family style to white tablecloth fine dining. And the Cape Cod bike path is right at the top of the road!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
