Summary: They mean it when they say very kid and pet friendly. The owner's leave a can of gourmet dog food in case you forget it. They also have cute little toys that are a huge hit. We had a crying episode about leaving a mac n cheese toy behind. This is a nice neighborhood and nice home so, there's rules. Nothing outside of what I would expect if it were my rental property. Don't be loud and don't do damage. We had a bunch of kids and although we reminded them about the noise level, kids will be kids on vacation. There were a few bursts of noise, but we had no issue because we respectfully got it under control and it wasn't late at night. I somehow didn't book the dog and we had a few travelers get sick which resulted in last minute changes to pet/adult/kids. The owner understood the situation and allowed me to make changes which of course, resulted in additional charges because I was upgrading on my original ask. Oh, if you like to cook, this place is stocked with all the right pots and pans. I do recommend bringing paper plates, plastic ware and cups. It just makes it easier.
