Korsan Kuzey is a spacious and contemporary 5 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area of Kalkan with direct access to the sea via a platform. All 5 bedrooms, set over 3 floors, ( 2 doubles, 3 twins) have en-suite shower rooms and there is a a modern fully equipped kitchen (including nespresso coffee machine) with plenty of living space. the living opens up to a large terrace with dining table and seating area, making it perfect for al fresco dining. The two first floor bedrooms also share a balcony and seating area while both 2nd floor bedrooms have juliet balconies. There is plenty of outside space for lounging around and for those wanting entertainment there is a shaded area with pool table and table tennis table. The infinity pool is a very generous size (11m by 6.5m) with separate jacuzzi corner and for those who like the sea there is a private walkway down to a decked waterfront terrace with jetty and access to a kayak and paddle boards (children must be supervised when using the walk way due to the number of drops). the shops and restaurants of Kalkan harbour are only a 5 minute drive away and the beautiful Patara beach is a 20 minute drive.
Since these photos have been taken there have been exciting improvements made to the villa. There is now a path leading to the jetty which makes the walk down much easier on the legs. The beach platform has also been extended.

Lunch ideas: Gocek is a great lunch stop, just 15-20 minutes from the airport en route to Kalkan. The entrance to Gocek is on the right approx. 3.5 km after exiting the Gocek tunnel. Recommended toilet breaks: There are many petrol stations en route – we recommend the OPET stations at 45.5km and 86.5km. In most cases your paperwork will be prefilled with passport and driving licence details to speed the process of car collection. We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars to reset you need to press the button on the end of the indicator and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. If you have requested any booster or child seats, please ensure you check the fittings before you set off. Please take care driving along these roads and remember to drive on the right! The speed limits are signposted along the way. The distances are measured from the car park exit barrier. Step 1 Leave the car park and follow the road to the manned security exit. Step 2 Follow the dual carriageway ahead for 5.9km (5.km) until you reach a set of traffic lights, take the second exit. This is the town of Dalaman. Step 3 Continue for 5.2km (11.1km) passing through 3 more sets of traffic lights. At the 4th set of lights turn right towards Fethiye, Kaş, Antalya and Burdur. You are now on the D400. Step 4 After 9.6km (20.7km) you will reach the Gocek tunnel. Take the road straight ahead under the sign ‘Nakit Ucretli Gecis’. The toll is 9TL, change is given. Step 5 Follow the D400 for a further 52.3km (73km), approx. 45 minutes, passing the edge of Gocek, Yaniklar, Kargi and Fethiye. As you approach the junction ahead you will see Finike, Demre and Kas signposted to the right. Take this right turn, continuing on the D400. Step 6 Continue on the D400 for a further 56.3km(129.3km) until you arrive at the set of traffic lights shortly after the blue Kalkan sign on the right. Be aware of road widening construction throughout this section of the journey. Step 7 Turn right downhill at the lights, passing Migros supermarket and the Anka Mall on the right. After 700m (130km) turn right and continue for another 1.3km (131.3km). Pass the Yelken Bistro on your right, take the sharp left hand bend downhill and take the first sharp right in front of Villa Cesme. Step 8 Drive 120m along this street to the 4-way junction. Take the left downhill for 150m. Take the second right on to Yildiz Sokak. Step 9 Follow Yildiz Sokak for 700m. The road bears to the left and continues out into the country. You will arrive at 2 neighbouring houses on the left, the first of which is Korsan Kuzey. Welcome to Korsan Kuzey
