Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location to walk into Ilkley. Large comfortable living room. Garden must be lovely in summer. Parking available.

Negative: There was a problem with damp in one of the bedrooms. Ceiling was dappled with blue spots and the smell of damp was noticeable as you enter the flat. Clothes soon became damp feeling if left in the room Shower is over bath and side is high so tricky to climb out. Would be useful to have a rail to help get out without greater ease. Communications with rental company could have been better. Took a long time to reply to a couple of my requests to send guest info details in a different form. Received an email before stay saying that ‘significant overuse’ of energy would mean deduction in deposit. When asked how ‘significant over use’ is calculated and how to monitor there was no reply.
