The Home is a welcoming 3/2 canal front ranch with direct access to Lake Eustis and Lake Harris. Boat dock with slip space. Secure parking for trucks and trailers right on site. Ready for bass tournaments or a weekend at the Dora sandbar or one of the many local springs. Visit the lakeside restaurants on the beautiful Harris Chain of Lakes when you're ready for a cold drink or a meal. Just 45 minutes to Orlando and Disney World, about an hour to each coast.
Lake house design has a large living room, screen room with back patio. Come relax in the quiet neighborhood. Tavares, Eustis and the surrounding area is home to many small town America festivals and events including First Fridays, Georgefest (President's day) Mt. Dora Art festival and Leesburg Bike Fest (only 5 miles from Gator Harley) If golf is your game hit the links on one of the many Championship courses in The Villages (30 minute drive) 5 minutes from downtown Tavares the seaplane city. You can take a tour by air to see Lake County.

Summary: If you’re coming to Harris Chain to fish or just enjoy the lakes pleasure boating then this is a great place to stay! It has an amazing location and will put you on any of the Harris chain in minutes. The quiet canal in the back yard is a wonderful place to sit and relax. I stay at around 8-10 VRBO’s a year and this is the first time there was no issue accessing the property! Wonderful neighborhood and the house back up to canal off the dead river. The property owner was wonderful. My buddy and our sons really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home! Thank you for sharing your amazing property!
