2 Bedroom House with Barbecue, Air Conditioner and Parking
The 2 bed flat which is the one for rental has patio doors leading onto a private, gated and secluded patio, which has sun loungers, mats and table and chairs. There are also tables/chairs and loungers on the side and front patios of the flat and in various other locations round the gardens. The pool is completely private and is used by our guests and me solely, although I rarely use it when guests are here. I. Am pet friendly and have 2 family friendly dogs of my own.
The secluded garden with several palm trees, and olive trees is very private, ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy. There are lawned areas ideal for boules, etc, and there is a wooden games box, full of garden games. We have a gas barbecue situated on the front terrace of the guest house. The pool which is 8 x 4m is to the front of the main villa.
Outside the main villa where we live, on the side is a lovely seating area, to relax or eat meals cooked on the charcoal/gas bbqs.
The Caseta sleeps 5, 2 adults and up to 3 children, close to all tourist attractions, but in a quiet location.
In July and August we only accept bookings for 7 days or more.
Air conditioning is charged for as extra. Any breakages or damage will be paid for before you leave, but I am not asking for a deposit. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed, double on the bottom with steps to a single bed on top..

La Caseta tiene capacidad para 5, 2 adultos y hasta 3 niños, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas, pero en una zona tranquila.
En julio y agosto sólo se aceptan reservas de 7 días o más.

Dutch Het appartement met twee slaapkamers heeft openslaande deuren die uitkomen op een privé, omheind en afgelegen terras, uitgerust met ligstoelen, kleden, tafel en stoelen. Er zijn ook tafels, stoelen en ligstoelen op de zij- en voorterrassen van de flat, evenals in andere delen van de tuin. Het zwembad is volledig privé en wordt alleen gebruikt door onze gasten en mijzelf, hoewel ik het zelden gebruik als er gasten zijn. Huisdieren zijn welkom en we hebben zelf drie honden.
De beschutte tuin met verschillende palm- en olijfbomen is erg privé, ideaal om in alle privacy te zonnebaden. Er zijn grasvelden ideaal om jeu de boules te spelen en er is een houten spelletjeskist vol met tuinspelletjes. We hebben een gasbarbecue op het terras aan de voorkant van het gastenverblijf. Het zwembad van 8 x 4 m ligt aan de voorkant van de hoofdvilla.
Buiten de hoofdvilla waar we wonen, aan de zijkant, is er een heerlijke zithoek om te ontspannen of om maaltijden te eten die bereid zijn op de houtskoolbarbecue/ o gas.
La Caseta is geschikt voor 5 personen, 2 volwassenen en maximaal 3 kinderen, dicht bij alle toeristische attracties maar op een rustige locatie.
