Welcome to The Enchanter & Charmer! These historic and well preserved homes are located in the heart of the Glen Iris neighborhood in the Magic City. The homes are quaint with features such as arched doorways, built-ins galore, & window seating to enjoy the outdoor scene! You & yours can enjoy a stroll in Glen Iris Park, visit and explore UAB, or enjoy a short drive to downtown. While you are here, we definitely recommend checking out Saw’s BBQ! Are you ready? The Space:
Dog Friendly~
Both homes feature adorable front porches that will welcome you to each home! Once inside, you'll be in the spacious foyer with window seats, built-in cabinets, and a beautiful staircase that will take you upstairs to the bedrooms. Past the foyer is the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and extra seating. Each home has a large dining room with ample seating and oversized kitchens which are fully equipped and ready for all of your cooking needs.
At The Charmer The master features a king bed, fireplace, and built-in window seat. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. and there are two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bedroom has one queen bed. Upstairs you will also find 2 half baths. You'll find a loft-style twin bed and a full bed in the 5th bedroom. There are two full bathrooms upstairs.
At The Enchanter, There is one bedroom with two full beds on the main level and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunks and there is a full bed in the third bed. The last two bedrooms both have king beds. You will also find two full bathrooms upstairs!
Both homes have a fenced-in backyard with a table and chairs, making it a perfect space to enjoy al-fresco dining.
This is a child friendly home, we have pack n play, high chair and baby gate.

Please be advised that the maximum capacity of the 2 homes must not exceed 28 guests. We are now pet friendly! Bring your dog along for the trip! Crate provided as we require your furry friend to be crated when left home alone. Limit one dog only, no cats or other animals. Please note that we collect $75 pet fees per stay.
