Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Front desk staff very nice. Location is great to DPAC, local restaurants.

Negative: Cleanliness. Tile shower was kind of yucky and leaked water into the bathroom. Toilet seat was spotted (ew) and random hair found upon arrival, which set the tone. The biggest issue was sound—could have used a sound machine. Used to big city hotel stays, but this particular room (even high up!) could hear the street crossing loud and clear, to the point where it actually prohibited sleep. The coffee delivery was basically packaged coffee to use in the coffee maker—and they knocked on the door two hours before 8am request. We were already up at 6 due to street noise. 🫤 Hotel had a cool lobby/first floor vibe but beyond that, it could use some updating. Just a “meh” stay.
