Open office/sitting room right off the front entrance.
Down the hall is a full bathroom, followed by 3 bedrooms. Each room has a King bed and TV. The master bedroom also has a full size crib and a private bathroom.
Living room has plenty of seating, a large TV, and quick access to the kitchen. For safety purposes, the fireplace isn't available for use.
There are 2 separate doors to the backyard for patio/pool access.
Through the oversized kitchen, and past the Keurig coffee machine, is the game room. It features a very sturdy pool table, air hockey table, tic tac toe board, and another door for backyard/pool access.
Off the game room is a 3rd bathroom, the laundry room, and the 4th bedroom, which features 2 queen beds and a TV.
