*Other Things to Note*
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Our guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment home with the exception of 1 locked hallway closet. Wifi is accessible in the entire home. Cable TV is not provided and televisions are for streaming only. Please respect our permanent neighbors by respecting quiet hours between 9 PM and 6 AM and using only the trash bins labeled for your unit.

Travel by personal vehicle is best in Fayetteville as there is limited public transportation and the city is not particularly pedestrian-friendly though rideshare services are always increasing in availability.
This home's proximity to Fort Bragg and the local university means that many neighbors are students and many pedestrians are active in the early morning hours.
