Summary: This is a really lovely, quiet, well set up place for a family to stay. 3 star with a 5 star view describes it perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are absolutely fine (shower is amazing!!) and the beds are decent. The lino is so old it billows up like a jumping pillow when the wind blows, but that's all part of the charm! Location is sensational and the general store down the road is brilliant. We would come again for sure. Only minor reservations: it does feel pretty dusty and sandy (side effect of an old house on the dunes!); and the host was slow in confirming check-in details - we ended up having to call the day before after several unanswered messages. But check in itself was perfect and there were no other issues at all.
