Summary: The experience using VRBO was relatively easy. Once we secured the down payment and paid the final installment, communication with the owner was reached via email. Prior to arrival we received check in procedures and was met by the owner for the initial walk through of the villa. Owner was always reachable via phone for anything and was always professional.
