Positive: It had EVERYTHING! Kid's archery, lawn chairs, fishing poles, kayaks, paddle board, boats, plenty of oars, life vests for kids and adults, the pantry was even somewhat stocked. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Negative: No a/c. Fans were provided, but it was a real struggle to keep the house below 80 degrees.
