This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or family vacation. The home has 6 Bedrooms and 2 Full bath. Sleeps 12. Close to Orange Park Mall, Blanding and Roosevelt area.
The house is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and basic things for cooking. All you have to bring is your clothes with you. The house has fully fenced backyard, additional for your privacy.
Also have a heated Pool in the back perfect for all season.
The house has 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 2 Trundle beds, one with 2 twins and one with full and twin. Has dedicated work space for someone who needs to work. All bedroom has it's TVs, own closet, and some has drawers as well.
This home has some outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the outside nature.
**Please note we DO NOT provide firewood for the fire pit.
**NO pool toys, pool floats etc. for kids/adults to use, feel free to bring your own.
We do have a safety life preserver for emergency please DO NOT use it for fun.
If you smoke cigarettes, we have a designated cigarette butt receptacles around the backyard.
We are flexible with check in please reach out to us if needing earlier check in. There is additional fee for early check in earlier than 4pm & also for the later check out later than 11 am.
The guests has access to the entire home and pool.
Please note CHECK IN is at 5PM but I am flexible, please reach out in advance if needing earlier time.

Quiet neighborhood, near Blanding Blvd. with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to I-295. Close to Orange Park mall & AMC theater.
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rollie polis, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Car is highly recommended.

➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
