Open floorplan with 10 ft ceilings and 8 ft. glass doors to perfectly join indoor & outdoor living areas. An elaborate tray ceiling highlights the main living area with light beige sofas, coffee table, side table & TV stand. Kitchen features include, wood cabinets, granite counters, kitchen island and stainless steel appliances. An adjacent nook area offers great pool & canal views. Contemporary furnished formal dining. The master suite with King is sure to pamper with walk in closet, twin granite vanity, privacy toilet and Roman shower. Bedroom #2 w/King, Bedroom #3 w/Queen share a bath with shower/tub combination and a convenient full glass enclosure.
The oversized south facing pool area is designed for you to work on your “Suntan” but the large covered part of the lanai lets you stay out of the sun if this is what you prefer. The poolside is well equipped with 4 top notch sun loungers with side tables, a large outdoor dining table and chairs for your relaxation and a perfect BBQ gas grill. There are brand new installed Solar Panels for the pool and also you could enjoy the electric pool heater for an additional fee.
Located very close to our abundant beaches, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, seaplane trips, cruises and other water sports are in abundance nearby. Rent a boat with just your regular car driver license. You can enjoy the sight of wildlife such as interesting birds and herons and sometimes alligators passing through the canal.
