★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.
★ TRASH SERVICE: Pick up is on Fridays. Please place all trash in the bins at the top of the driveway. DO NOT MOVE THE BINS.
★ HOT TUB SERVICE: Hot Tub cleaning normally takes place on Tuesdays, weather dependent, between the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
★ LANDSCAPING: Service takes place on Thursdays or Fridays, weather and schedule dependent, between the hours of 9AM - 6PM.
