Brand new Broadkill Beach house that's pet friendly and located short walk to beach. Great house with tons of upgrades including 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great outdoor spaces, and an ELEVATOR. House has an inverted floor plan as the 3 bedrooms, laundry room and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. Each spacious bedroom has. The primary bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor is an open concept layout with vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace as the center piece of the room. Just off the living room is a huge window wall with sliding glass doors that open directly to the screened porch. The kitchen is a showstopper boasting custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and a large island . Want to grill out? Step outside the screen porch onto the deck with a direct connect gas grill. Rounding out the 2nd floor is another bedroom and half bathroom. This house has plenty of parking, an outdoor shower, steps to the beach and dog friendly. LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows, and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Summary: Broadkill Beach never disappoints and Sunset Dreams was a great property with a perfect location. Views of both the nature preserve and Delaware Bay from the top floor. The elevator was convenient and helped with our senior dog traverse the floors. Only downside was the mediocre quality and lack of variety of the kitchen utensils and cookware.
