Book a wine tasting tour at Johnston’s Cranberry Marsh & Muskoka Lakes Winery, or go see a concert at Kee to Bala, bring the family to see a water ski show at Windsor Park or have a picnic at the Bala Falls. There is so much to do minutes away from Sunset Bay Bliss.
Property
Sunset Bay Bliss offers southern exposure so you can enjoy the sun all day. Whether you are with the kids on the shallow beach area by the shore, or jumping off the dock for deep-water swimming, the 200 feet of lake frontage is yours to explore.
Follow the granite steps to the two-slip boathouse or follow the other path to a separate dock. Canoe or kayak the bay to see the spectacular views.
Take time to relax with your morning coffee and watch the sunset or sunrise with a glass of wine in one of the Muskoka chairs. There is a hot tub, propane grill and dining and lounging area located on a 30 x 30 foot deck that is perfect for entertaining.
The kids will love the trampoline and roasting marshmallows in the lakeside firepit in the evening. If it rains don’t worry, there is plenty to do inside the cottage!
Cottage
Step inside this open concept cottage, with high vaulted ceilings, front wall to wall windows and spectacular views of the lake.
To the left of the front foyer, you will find a laundry room with stacked washer/dryer, an extra fridge, sink and side entrance. Step into a spacious living room with oversized furniture and fireplace to enjoy family time watching a movie or talking about the days adventures.
Make memories cooking in the fully functional kitchen, with a large island to plan all of your meals. Sit down and enjoy your meal at a large pine dining table that seats 12.
The family room is a great place to play board games with the family or use for the kids to watch their own movies.
On the main level there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, you will find a King size bed in the first bedroom and the second room has a Queen size bed. The third room has two sets of bunk beds each with a single and double mattress for the kids to enjoy!
The main level has a newly renovated 5-piece bathroom which has double sinks.
Last but certainly not least get a good night’s sleep in the loft master bedroom with King size bed and full ensuite. A place to get some privacy and rest from your busy day!
Fresh bed linens (bed & pillow protectors included), bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash will be provided for your stay ! Bring your own beach towels!

POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Guest:
To cancel a reservation, the Guest must advise by email and receive a response confirming receipt of email before cancellation is deemed accepted.
A Guest cancelling reservation 61 days or more before Arrival Date will have the deposit refunded, less a $250.00 administration fee and the 5% booking fee.
The Guest will receive an email 60 days prior to Arrival Date with a secure link to make his/her balance payment. Should a Guest fail to pay the balance 60 days before Arrival Date, the reservation will be treated as cancelled, and the Guest will forfeit their 50% deposit.
A Guest cancelling 1-59 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the rental fee less a $250.00 administration fee and the 5% booking fee will be refunded to the original Guest.
Cancellations by Owner/Manager:
The Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel this Rental Agreement at any time, if for any reason the cottage property is not rentable prior to the beginning of the rental period, at which point all payments will be refunded to the Guest within 7 days of cancellation.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Guest within 7 days of cancellation.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit of the total reservation will be required once the rental has been approved.
The balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
