This spacious, accessible property can easily accommodate up to 20 guests, making it the perfect choice for multi-generational reunions, family vacations, groups of friends, or special events. The house is divided into two separate living areas, both of which boast spectacular Gulf views and coastal-chic decor.
Situated on an acre of Gulf-front property, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the large windows and spacious balconies. The home's private boardwalk leads directly to the pristine white sand beaches and sparkling waves of South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass. After soaking up the sun on the beach, guests can relax in the hot tub that cascades into a large, private, solar-heated pool. The screen-enclosed pool house features a half bath and covered lanai, complete with a picnic table and ceiling fans.
Each floor of the home is fully equipped with its own kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths, and an additional half bath. An exterior elevator and staircase provide convenient access to both living spaces from the covered parking area.
