Positive: Service is very good , when we are late arrive , staff give us some snacks. For my birtday they give us birthday cake. Reception is very helpful. Speaking very good english. Food is very good. There are different kitchens and main kitchens , expecially for turkish people , there nothing to worry about food Shelby is very helpfull , gave us all information about hotel. Room cleaner muhammed is very nice man. We will return back here
