*. Parking Disclosure: One Off-street Parking Spots in Front of the House. Free Street Parking is available. Please read the signs on the street to avoid parking on restricted spots.
*. We allow a pet to tag along but we'll have to charge an extra $100 for deep cleaning.
*. Stairs Disclosure: The property features one flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the main level, which includes bedrooms and a full bathroom. This may not be suitable for guests with concerns of climbing stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with window air conditioning units. There is no air conditioning in the living room and basement.
*. Pet fee: 2 dogs max (30 lbs each), no cats. Only Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
