Large, 800 sf mother in law unit in new neighborhood of higher end homes. You have your own entrance, a large living room with a large dining table, a new sofa bed, a new 55” TV, cable, and a Blu-ray player.
The kitchen features granite countertops, 4 bar stools, a full size refridgerator, a microwave / convection oven, dishes, utinsils, pots, pans, etc. The kitchen does not have a stove but we do have a two burner hot plate and a crock pot.
Washer and Dryer in unit, detergent included.
Bedroom has queen size bed, walk in closet, suitcase valets, fluffy bath robes, large dresser, desk with executive chair and task lamp.
Full bath with walk-in shower, towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.
