About this space
Greetings! Private home, gourmet kitchen, tiled bathroom, 8ft fenced flagstone yard littered with comfortable seating. Keypad check-in, 5 mins from beach, 10 mins from Laguna Seca Raceway, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Cannery Row, The Aquarium, free Pebble Beach access(17 Mile Drive, world class shorelines), just ask. Big Sur drive starts 15 min/away(Bixby Bridge 30 minutes). As well, private hottub, sauna, ac, wifi, cable tv, endless towels, super comfortable queen size bed, fresh foods/drinks free!
The space
We left some snacks out, water and eggs in the fridge. Everything unopened, exact items vary with availability. There's tea and multiple types of coffee. Have at it.
I was just being humble there is fresh premade salads I buy and place there for you before you arrive along with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, in season fruits, cheese, sausages, bacon, choices of chips and crackers, olives, bars, breakfast cereals, oatmeal choices, 10 types of coffee, multiple teas, we don't mess around, Ice creams, popsicles, Mochies, Belgian waffles, soups, yogurts, bread, bagels, English muffins, peanut butter, jelly, etc. Drinks to choose from depending on availability and room: Pelligrino sparkling waters, flavored Pelligrinos, unsweetened flavored Pelligrinos, Cokes, Diet Cokes, ginger ales, coconut waters, cold brew coffees, Almond milk unsweetened, soy milk, oat milk, spindrift flavored waters and more. More fresh foods than I have at my house.
We’re pet friendly, so bring your fur family with you. Bring your own pet bed and we supply the
bowls and treats, even healthy wet and dry foods.
We just ask that the pets don’t sleep on the comforter and you pick up after
them. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your dog at the house.
Our cabana covered hot tub is clean, lit, and awesome. As well (3 feet from the hot tub) our sauna has music and can seat 4. Please no parties. We just remodeled the entire place and would like to keep it beautiful and functional for all to enjoy.
The other house on the property is under construction so pardon our dust and noise. We will be working from 9 am to 6pm most weekdays. The distance apart is enough (also tall fence and 8 inch adobe walls) that you wont be bothered by us and no one has yet out of 165 guest stays! beautiful.
2 adults with 2 kids is the most we'd like to have. Extra guests are always welcome during the day, however, if extra guests plan to stay overnight, there will be a charge of $50 per night per person with a maximum of 2 extra people.

The driveway is all yours. Your parking spot about 60 feet from the street and 15 feet from the Casita.

We ask that if you use the hot tub, please shower *before* using it. We keep the place very clean. We know you'll appreciate that the guests before you kept our hot tub clean, too.
We have tons of towels(you pay good money to stay here), use them once and chuck them in the hamper for your comfort. Please eat all you like for free while staying, but please don't fill the car with all the food before you leave. We've
