Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in agoodcondition.
**Mailboxes**
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for anylostpackages.

~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate.
