This beautifully appointed San Remo model on the golf course boasts a panoramic view of the mountains from the large patio that overlooks the golf course and a lake. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with top of the line appliances. Granite countertops, custom Travertine flooring in all main areas and expansive windows offer spectacular views.
This is an active adult community featuring 3 club houses, 4 pools, two gyms, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, golf and more. There is a minimum stay of 30 days. A rental agreement is required. Summary: The community of Suncity Palm Desert is fabulous with so many activities and events. Being able to stay at Art’s wonderful property was an added bonus. Extremely well laid out floor plan with everything you need that makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is set to go if you like to cook including lots of storage space . The master suite comes with a super comfortable and adjustable king bed. Lots of closet space. Thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and BBQ that had plenty of seating and shade area. Looking forward to our return.
