Long term stay is allowed (up to 5 month and half )

There is a one time resort fee payable at the booking of $450 (giving you access to pool towels as much as you wanted daily, chairs, umbrellas plus gym access ,sauna and direct access to the beach and showers)

GREAT location ON THE BEACH!! Near Aventura Mall, Movie theatre, Hallandale beach, Gulfstream park, Casino, Restaurants, Starbucks, walking distance to supermarket. A synagogue is on the building (Jabat Golden Beach)if you want to enjoy a Shabbat weekend or excellent torah classes.

Free Local Shuttle Services to and from the hotel including Aventura Mall and Gulf Stream Village, Casino and Racing Park
Easy getting around by lift, uber, bike or public transportation in front of the building. To Bal Harbour Shops or South Beach you have to go South, South West to Design District or Wynwood. I highly recommend walks on the beach to enjoy the sunrise or the sunset, or simply the moon and stars.
