Our seasonal inspired bedrooms will put smiles on your faces as you dream at night immersed in autumn colors, bright and whimsical summer décor, and flowery and fresh spring butterflies! Relax on the comfy couch with family and friends, or have fun outdoors! Plenty of areas to sit and enjoy, grill a delicious dinner, and wind down the day by the firepit with smores. Even the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go for any type of meal you create! Get the cabin in the woods feel with all of the updated amenities that this wonderful home has to offer. You can enjoy all four seasons filled with plenty of activities that the community has to offer. Pools, beaches, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, biking, hiking, golf, basketball, tennis, racquetball and more. Play softball or baseball on our fields, fish in our lakes, golf, and enjoy the beach parties in the summer with fireworks on the 4th. There is also skiing, snow tubing, or ice skating - we have it all. There is so much to do outside of the community as well!!
*********Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $40 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
