The space
Welcome to Mission Valley! Mission Valley is situated 15 minutes north of Downtown San Diego. It is a short 10 minute drive to the beaches. And 10 minutes from the San Diego Zoo. The home is just a few steps away from the trolley and close to everything San Diego has to offer. Located in a gated community, we are only 20 feet away from the trolley!
Little Italy: Spend the day enjoying lunch at Prep Kitchen, happy hour and appetizers at Davontis, or enjoy craft cocktails at Craft and Commerce. Don't miss the local farmer's market on Saturdays!
Pacific Beach or Ocean Beach: Take the family to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunshine in San Diego. Stop by the Pier and take photos, grab lunch at Tower 23, or hang ten with the locals at Oscar Mexican Seafood.
Petco Park: Enjoy family time watching San Diego's baseball Team, the San Diego Padres at Petco Park. The trolley is just a short ride from the home to the stadium. Don't forget to try a delicious hot dog, Ballast Point Watermelon Dorado Double IPA beer, or barbeque at Phil's Barbeques.

*Casa Mission Valley is located on the Trolley Line. Light Trolley noise can be heard in parts of the house. Please take note of this. If you are a light sleeper or do not like the trolley noise, this home may not be a good fit*
**Casa Mission Valley's covers the first $100 of your monthly electricity usage for 30-day period. Each additional day after 30-days is prorated at $3.33. Any amount incurred above and beyond the cap is your responsibility.
*Fully Refundable deposit of $250. Upon final inspection of property, Utility Cap, and return of keys the Host will refund the deposit within 7 business days.
*The Pool is Open Now! Due to Covid, the pool is open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. There are two available time slots from: 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm with hourly slots but you can enter the pool anytime during the four hour period you signed up for. You MUST reserve a spot using the Online HOA's link and SIGN the WAIVER. This is required 24 hours prior to entering the community pool. No pets are allowed in the Pool and Community Area, no exceptions.*
