THE SPACE
Awesome location, right by Rivabella beach, known locally as one of Puglia's best white sandy crystal water beaches, just few steps away from the seaside. A great place to unplug! The perfect spot to relax right by the beach and enjoy nature. Surrounded by sandy costal dunes and a huge age-old pine forest. It is perfect for families with children as they can go back and forth between the house and the next door beach whenever they want.
The apartment is newly remodeled, equipped with modern furniture, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a walled beachside house with back courtyard and very adjacent to the beach. All rooms are air-conditioned (1 air-conditioner, 2 big &design ceiling fans). Fully wired space.
The sunny living room is equipped with live-edge and metal-framed dining table, design chairs by SCAB, sofa, 32'' flat screen HDTV, contemporary artwork, brightly colored area rugs, stylish yet comfortable furnishings, light architectures designed by Freddy De Cagna. The living space opens directly to the balcony furnished with outdoor table, chairs, potted trees, ceramic outdoor lavatory, some pieces of furniture. Balcony with lateral sea views.
Two bedrooms are in the house. One bedroom has a comfy large double bed (king sized), the other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. Sun-drenched bedrooms with expansive custom closet space.
Hygienically clean certified bed linen, towels, and textiles are provided to guests. This reflects my commitment to be partnered with local certified companies operating with best laundering management practices. Quality assurance documentation (OEKO-TeX, UNI EN 160 9001) is confirmed and points to minimize allergenic risk.

Following beach essentials are provided to guests free of charge: Parasol, beach chairs, bucket and spade, sea air mattress.
★ In Spring (March, April, May) and Autumn (Late September, October, November) the beach is really awesome with breathtaking views, completely clear of sun beds and without crowds. In this period shops, supermarkets and a vibrant food scene are available only in downtown Gallipoli by 5-10 min drive.
★ June, July, August, Mid September plenty of nice restaurants, grocery shops, fruit shops, bistro, fine Italian takeout food, local bazars, bakery, bars, pizzerias, ATM, available within a walk distance.
★★ Please note that from the 19 of June until the 11 of September 7 night minimum stay is required (check in/out on Saturdays).
