I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed self-contained spacious 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Neutrally decorated throughout, this property comprises a good size fully equipped kitchen, and floor to ceiling opening into a large balcony overlooking Queen's Crescent market and beautiful sunsets. Two bright bedrooms including lots of storage space, and 2 bathrooms with an overhead shower and a bathtub. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.
The apartment is situated on the third floor of a newly built (5 years old) development.
-Sun-filled lounge space with a floor-to-ceiling opening into a large balcony overlooking Queen's Crescent market and beautiful sunsets. The open kitchen-lounge zone is furnished to a high standard and comprises two comfortable sofas and a TV zone with a coffee table.
-There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and includes all cooking utensils; pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space. The bedrooms boast cozy beds. All beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
-The apartment has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter thanks to efficient underfloor heating.
- In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The property has a large balcony with outdoor furniture where you can unwind with a morning coffee.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive!

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
No smoking inside the flat, only on the balcony or outside
No parties or noisy gatherings of any kind.
No throwing of any substance including cigarette counters from balcony or winders.
Be kind to unblock the toilet, bus discarding waste in the bin rather than flushing in the toilet.
Take extra care with the gas stove turning off the gas immediately after use.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate a late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
