The space
Our cleaners place fresh, hotel quality white linen and towels on the bed just before your arrival.
The spacious modern living area, non smoking, has a comfortable corner sofa and the TV offers Freeview channels and a DVD player. The wifi connection is fantastic so feel free to watch things on your laptop too!
The kitchen is small but fully-equipped for all your culinary needs for those who wish to rustle something up for dinner or order in a takeaway. That said, you're in one the best cities for eating out with cuisine from all over the world, Notting Hill has over 50 great restaurants and cafes large and small within a 10 mins walk!
The kitchen has a washer dryer.
There is a separate bathroom with a large walk in double shower enclosure with power shower. We provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as part of your stay.
There is an efficient fan available in the flat for use in the summer weather.

The flat is located on the rear of the building which overlooks the leafy garden and is peaceful and quiet, you wouldn't think you were in the heart of London town!
The accommodation consists of a main double bed and a three quarter sofa.
We welcome families but children must be respectful and well-supervised. There is a travel cot available.
When taking a shower, please NOTE you must turn the bathroom sink tap on BEFORE you take s shower and this will start the shower pump and ensure you have a wonderful hot power shower!
The water heater timer is set to come on twice a day so you will have constant hot water during your stay. It is set between 4-5am and 4-5pm, please shower outside these times while the water is heating. Please do NOT touch these time settings or turn the immersion heater switch off.
The flat is compact yet spacious, light and airy. It can be warm in summer, feel free to open the two sash windows and let the sunshine and cool air in or use the cool air fan.
There is an electric heater if it gets cooler but the flat is on the first floor and the water heater tends to maintain a nice temperature all year round.
There are two entrances/exits to the building, you can take the stairs using the first entrance door nearest the tube station or use the main street entrance to take the lift.
The wifi router is located underneath the TV console, it is s small black box stuck to the wall. Touch it to reset, the login in details are in the welcome pack inside and on the router.
When you go out or leave please turn off the lights and fan. Please double lock the door using the Yale and mortar locks.
Please put your used towels in the shower tray.
To ensure a good nights sleep, close the venetian blinds and drop the black out blinds. There are ear plugs if you need them in the bathroom cupboards.
Lock the door at night with the key.
Please dispose of your good waste and rubbish regularly. The communal bins can be found by exiting the flat left and taking the stairs down to the to the street exit and take the exterior steps down again to the lower ground floor where you will find the bin stores.
Only a maximum of ONE pet is allowed.
