Bordering 3,000 acres of NY state forest and the Milford Nordic Ski Trailhead. 3 local brewery companies are located within 10 miles as well. This spacious newly 2022/23 renovated farmhouse, nestled in a secluded valley in Harwick, NY, will be available for all season bookings March 22, 2023. Layout includes 2 floors that can be rented as one unit or split into 2. It can accommodate up to 11 people on each floor or 22 in total. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on each floor with all furnishings included. Fire pits and grill areas with views of the sunset. Wagons and coolers will be available as well. Book your trip now in time for the 2023 Cooperstown Dream Park Tournament play, Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Festival events, Cooperstown Music Festival and more! New electric, water, forced hot air, central air, breathtaking views. Plenty of room for a team party with use of outdoor areas and grills. And for the baseball families we have 2 wagons and 2 coolers for your use while playing ball. we've also just added star link wifi. the only complaint we had last year was wifi. so we upgraded to star link.
