This is a DOG-FRIENDLY beach house with smart TVs in every bedroom, WIFI, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds, including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Summary: The house was in a perfect location there are many shops, restaurants and of course the proximity to the beach. The house was spotless and had all the available tools to cook and toys to play with. The kids played outside from morning till night. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom mattress was horrible, it was very hard and uncomfortable.
