A three double bedroom spacious apartment in the centre of Southfields, a leafy residential area of South West London. Southfields underground station is only 1 minute walk away and connects directly to all the main sites of central London. It's on the Wimbledon branch of the District Line (green line) meaning journeys to central London are easy (e.g South Kensington - 20 mins, Victoria - 25 mins, Oxford Circus - 30 mins). There is also a bus stop again less then 1 min walk away. The 39 bus goes to Clapham Junction and takes 10-15 minutes. From Clapham Junction station there are frequent trains to Gatwick Airport (25 mins).
It is also ideally located for Wimbledon Tennis with the championship a 15 minutes walk away. There are several parts close by: Wimbledon Park (5 min walk), Wimbledon Common - 10 min walk. Richmond Park - 10 minute cycle ride.

The bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms. The bathroom is on the first level (same as the hallway, living room and kitchen). Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on level 2 and bedroom 2 is on level 3.
To access the first level of the flat you need to climb two set of stairs (one external staircase and one in the entrance hall). These are straight staircases and not difficult at all but the apartment is not recommended for people with restricted mobility.
The apartment is accessed from the rear of the building down a well lit alley way. Vehicle access is possible very close to the front door for unloading and loading of luggage
