Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dining area seats 4 and also provides that spectacular view! Luxurious King bedroom (again with a breathtaking view!) opens to the covered veranda which also opens off of the living room.

A bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot for meals in the ocean air! Gorgeous bath with tub/shower combination and beautiful granite vanity... We provide luxurious towels and an array of soaps shampoo, conditioner and cleansers! NEW LVP flooring throughout...

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.
Although this is a new listing we are experienced hosts with 5 star reviews and we are certain that you will have an outstanding stay in our condo!
Please note: While we love children, we have set up our condo for adults only with high end furnishings and art... thanks for understanding!
