Guests have access to the entire home except the garage, and a lock off owner's closet. Guests can use the community pool during daytime hours and can walk down to the dock. We ask that you not attempt to park any type of boat at the docks.

Many homes in the Riverpark Neighborhood are geared toward the Napa River with views or direct access to the water. It was originally part of the famous Spreckels Stockfarm, a one thousand acre ranch in south Napa. The Stockfarm was famous for several reasons, one of which it was where Seabiscuit was sired. The majority is now the South Wetlands Opportunity Arhe Riverpark Neighborhood is bounded on the west by South Jefferson Street, on the south by the City of Napa limit line, on the east by the Napa River and on the north by West Imola Avenue A large portion of the neighborhood is a gated water-front community called the Napa Yacht Club. The ranch was sold to the Sheveland Family and then eventually sold. The majority is now the South Wetlands Opportunity Area, which is part of the Napa River Flood Control Project. The Riverpark shopping center has restaurants, pharmacies, a grocery store, and much more. A short drive to downtown Napa as well as to the South Imola area with more restaurants, a cinema, Target, Home Depot, and more. The home is close to Highway 29, which is the main thoroughfare to visiting the Napa Valley or heading to the Bay Area.
For the safety of our home and guests there is an outdoor camera facing the front door. We do not routinely monitor this.
Minimum Stay: 30-day minimum stay, with a 2-month maximum.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Required and to be scheduled with housekeeping.
Seeing Napa Valley well is best done by car, but there are options if you don't want to drive.
AIRPORT BUS
There is a local bus to/from San Francisco Airport taking a little over an hour. The company is Wine Country Airporter.
FERRY/BUS
There is a ferry you can take from the Ferry Building in San Francisco to the town of Vallejo, which is about 20 minutes from Napa. It is a nice trip that takes about an hour. You can find the current schedule online.
From the Vallejo Ferry Building you can catch a bus to Napa which leaves hourly and takes about 50 minutes. You book tickets and see the schedule at if you (website hidden) ride the vine.
