Close to, and centrally located to 6 ski areas 20 minutes to 30 minutes away (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail) for both skiing or summer activities and festivals. Gold Medal fly fishing on the Blue River within the neighborhood will please the best of anglers. Two outdoor decks (one off main living and one off second master bedroom upstairs) plus a patio featuring a powerful gas fire pit and a Hot Tub. The kitchen is equipped with Viking Professional Series appliances for those wonderful breakfasts before your activities (skiing, fly fishing, hiking, golfing, biking, napping), or a hearty dinner at the end of the day.
The home sits in a quiet and well-spaced residential neighborhood bordering the Whiteriver National Forest. Mountain wildlife abound including possible sightings of Moose, Elk, Deer, Fox and other forest animals. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS looking for a QUIET RELAXING VACATION any time of the year.

There are 4 bedrooms with each featuring their own bathroom. Two bedrooms are masters featuring king beds with 2 other bedrooms with each featuring a queen bed. There is an additional fold away bed/couch located upstairs in the loft area. Please note, we are RESTRICTED to a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS by local ordnance.

Silverthorne Town Ordinance requires us to employ a Responsible Agent to oversee the property. If the Responsible Agent is called out and there is a genuine, non-trivial problem, then the Town of Silverthorne can impose severe penalties on the owners. So please avoid this.
IN RENTING THIS HOUSE YOU AGREE THAT THE HOSTS MAY AT THEIR FULL DISCRETION CHARGE YOU UP TO $2,500 IF THERE IS A FORMAL NON-TRIVIAL ISSUE OR COMPLAINT FROM ANY LOCAL RESIDENT; FROM THE LOCAL POLICE OR FROM THE AMR RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION WHICH RELATES TO YOUR STAY, WHETHER THIS ISSUE OR COMPLAINT IS MANAGED BY THE RESPONSIBLE AGENT AT THE TIME OR NOT - PER OCCURANCE. YOU AGREE THAT THIS AMOUNT CAN BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOU VIA VRBO AND THAT THIS AMOUNT IS DIFFERENT TO AND IN ADDITION TO THE DEPOSIT YOU PAY TO COVER DAMAGES. 1) This house is restricted to a MAXIMUM OF 10 RESIDENTIAL GUESTS by Silverthorne Town Ordinance. Please do not book if you are looking to exceed this limit:
- Only those guests listed in the reservation are allowed within the house
- The house is not to be used as a general gathering place for people not on the reservation (e.g. for dinners, parties, drinks events etc.)
2) There is a maximum parking for 4 vehicles at the property
3) On-street parking is not allowed
4) ATVs, trailers and RVs are not to be parked on the property at any time
5) All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines (see posted separately), but importantly:
- Avoid excessive noise and loud music in the evenings and when outside, specifically when in the hot-tub
- Please keep noise in the hot-tub low after 6pm and no hot-tub use after 9pm
- The community has a quiet period between 9pm and 7am
6) This house is NOT to be used by PARTIES LOOKING FOR A PARTY HOUSE!
7) No glassware in the hot tub, we provide plastic glassware for the hot tub area
8) No outdoor shoes in the house
9) No smoking inside the house, guests agree to pay $1000 on request via VRBO if there is any evidence of smoking
10) Guests are only allowed to sleep in designated bed spaces
11) No Pets please as some guests have allergies
12) The Home is located in a HIGH ALPINE ENVIRONMENT, so Guests must take caution regarding slip and fall hazards due to ice and snow. The Guests will be provided snow shovels, and a snow blower (snow blower for driveway only) will be responsible to maintain and clear driveway, walk paths, stairs leading to Hot Tub, or any outdoor area that guests choose to utilize.
13) All charges will be processed through the VRBO app and will be subject to all additional taxes and fees charged by VRBO
