This luxury lodge is new to the rental market and you could not find a more fun place to stay! This home has space for family and friends, even furry ones. Amazing views along with amazing amenities like a private hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, and workout area, make this a Durango retreat you won't soon forget. The lowest level features two full baths plus a sitting room with queen pull out bed. There is a large living room/rec room with TV, fireplace, ping pong table, and workout area complete with a treadmill and a few weights and other items. There is also a small kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Also on this level is a bedroom perfect for the kids featuring 3 sets of twin over full bunk beds and its own TV. Upstairs on the main floor you will find 4 bedrooms plus two more full baths. There is one bedroom with a king bed and its own tv, plus access to the front deck. The other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. The main floor living room has a wood burning fireplace and a telescope for stargazing from the floor to ceiling windows. The front deck has plenty of seating plus a private hot tub perfect for soaking after a day of activities. The fully stocked kitchen has bar seating plus a small desk area. The dining area off the kitchen can seat 12-14 guests and has great mountain views. You will find another small balcony deck off the dining room that can also be accessed from one of the queen bedrooms. Upstairs on the 3rd floor you will find the game loft, with a TV, workspace, and pool table, plus a twin sleeper. This home is dog friendly. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet(s) when inquiring or making your reservation.
