Right outside, you will find an elevated 240 sq. ft. patio with patio furniture that is perfect for enjoying the peaceful views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains or the moon and stars.
The room opens up into the beautiful kitchen and large dining room. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, designer light fixtures, a 45' cook top with 4 gas burners & griddle, double wall ovens, large pantry and striking granite counter tops. The kitchen patio even features a natural gas outdoor grill for your summertime BBQ cookouts! The dining room has a table with seating for eight, and additional seating for three more is located at the counter bar.
Downstairs, you'll find the entertainment room which features a theater 70' flat-screen TV with 7.1 surround sound for watching your favorite movies or TV shows.
