At the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle rises picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, and the narrow alleys with the pretty houses of Koroni nestle against it. On both sides of the town are two of the most beautiful beaches of this region. To the southwest of the charming town center, the fine Zaga and Memi sandy beaches stretch along the coast.
South of the village of Koroni, above the Memi sandy beach, lies the Livadakia district. Outside the community, high above the sea with a breathtaking view of the Messenian Bay to the Taygetos mountain ridge stands the stylish loft Livadakia View.
The tastefully furnished Loft Livadakia View is located on the upper floor of the two-story house with its own entrance. Due to the slope of the property, the access to the upper floor is at ground level. The landlady lives in the first floor apartment.

The fireplace stove provides cozy hours in the colder seasons and makes the stay pleasant even in winter.
On the partly managed beach of Memi, pulsates with life in high summer. In the near vicinity are the sandy beaches of Kalamaki and Amoudi, which are also very quiet and not managed in high summer.
