This stone built villa is ideal for those that want to be by the sea all day long. Below the villa is the beautiful sandy beach of Spathi, which has water sports, a beach bar/cafe, umbrellas and sunbeds. The villa is made of solid stone and has large covered verandas from where one can sit and enjoy the view. Inside there are two large bedrooms and one open area with two single beds for children. The ideal vacation spot for a relaxing and swimming.
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats in the summer months going to and from the island. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea is known as the "hidden gem" in the Cycladic islands, as it has kept its original charm.

From the living room and dining area there are balcony doors that lead to a covered veranda, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. On the lower level there is a master bedroom with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom, a second bedroom with a fireplace and an "open- plan" sleeping area with two single beds near the stairs, ideal for children.
