You’ll also find the master bedroom and bath (behind a hidden door), plus three additional guest bedrooms and an additional guest bathroom. There is also a shared balcony for two of the guest bedrooms.
Throughout the home you’ll find custom cabinets, hardwood and travertine floors, custom concrete and stone counters, venetian plaster walls, quality kitchen appliances, and more. Each bedroom also has new bedding.
Downstairs you'll find the fifth bedroom, also with new bedding, a 55" LCD smart TV, separate bathroom with shower, a completely furnished mini-kitchen with new appliances, dining area, library with plenty of books to enjoy, large living area (with new La-Z-Boy pullout), another 55" LED smart TV, and new bedding and towels.
There is a large backyard (with path behind the house to beach) that features comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, teak dining table with seating for 10, ping pong table, and gas bbq. There are also (4) beach cruisers, beach chairs, and beach towels for your use.
This home is completely fenced with a privacy hedge around most of the property. Small pets are ok with an additional deposit. Outdoor shower and dog run located on side of house. No parties, events, or noise after 10 PM.
