Stargazer Cottage is conveniently located 2.6 miles from Stowe Village. Close enough to enjoy all of Stowe's amenities and attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage sits on 2 private acres with an idyllic lily pond surrounded by pines, maples, and oaks. The large grassy field is perfect for looking at the amazing night sky and enjoying the turning leaves. Little River access is a short walk through the back yard and provides swimming, tubing, and fly-fishing in the summer.
The cottage has a fully updated kitchen with new slate, appliances, and butcher-block countertops. A centrally placed island and a rustic table for 6 complete the space. The living area is the perfect place to watch your favorites on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime with plenty of room on the comfy sectional. And the large window has a view of an iconic Stowe church steeple. The large bedrooms each have a king bed and the smaller bedroom has a twin trundle that sleeps 2. The bathroom and powder room display rustic wood tile and brand new fixtures. A bath in the reclaimed claw foot tub is a great way to relax after a fun day of activities!
